A free FireDash for Residents account lets you search hydrants near any address, report problems, and track your reports.
Sign up
- Go to resident.firedash.us and choose Create account.
- Enter your first name, last name, and email address, tell us whether you are a homeowner, renter, property manager, insurance agent, or contractor, and agree to the Terms of Service.
- We email you a temporary password. Use it to sign in at resident.firedash.us/hub/login.php.
First steps after signing in
- Open My profile and save your home address — we use it to compute hydrant distances and to show your closest hydrant on the dashboard.
- Search for hydrants from Find a hydrant.
