FireDash Insured is free to use for a single home. Insured Premium unlocks the power-user features; a separate Home Protection Bundle combines it with our other apps.
What Premium unlocks
- Unlimited items — the Free plan holds up to 5 items; Premium removes the cap. Items you already have are never removed. Photos and receipts are unlimited on every plan.
- Multiple properties — the Free plan covers one home.
- AI value and category suggestions — tap Suggest while adding or editing an item and Insured proposes a category from your own list plus an estimated replacement value with a low–high range and a one-line reason. Suggestions are advisory: nothing is saved until you accept them.
- Priority support — your Help Center tickets are flagged and sorted ahead of the standard queue, and we aim to reply within 1 business day.
On the web, Premium and the bundle are billed as soon as you subscribe — there is no free trial. In the app, a free trial is offered only when the App Store or Google Play shows one on the plan. Current pricing is shown on the Upgrade screen in the app and on the web hub (insured.firedash.us).
Reports are separate
Issuing a Home Inventory Report carries a per-report fee on every plan, including Premium — you only pay when you choose to issue one. See Create a Home Inventory Report.
The Home Protection Bundle
The bundle includes Insured Premium, RiskDash Premium (AI + analytics), and Residential hydrant tracking — all three apps for one monthly price.
Manage or cancel
- Subscribed in the app? Manage or cancel through your Apple App Store or Google Play subscriptions.
- Subscribed on the web? Open Upgrade → Manage subscription on insured.firedash.us to update your card or cancel in the Stripe Billing Portal. You keep Premium until the end of the paid period.
