FireDash keeps a full service history on every hydrant: inspections, maintenance records, and notes.
Where everything lives
- Inspections — every inspection is stored against its hydrant with the readings captured (GPM, flow and static pressure, condition, and more). Most crews record inspections in the mobile app in the field — see Inspecting hydrants in the field.
- Maintenance Records and Notes — log repairs and anything worth remembering about a hydrant.
- Schedule — plan inspections and tasks on the calendar; upcoming items show as a badge in the navigation.
Historical inspections, maintenance records, and notes can also be brought in through the importer — see Importing your hydrant data. Inspection activity also feeds the ISO / PPC packet — see Building reports and the ISO / PPC packet.
