Installing the FireDash mobile apps

Download FireDash, RiskDash, and FireDash Insured on iOS and Android.

Three FireDash apps are available on both iOS and Android. The quickest way to get the right one is firedash.mobi, which sends your device to the correct store.

The apps

  • FireDash — hydrant management for departments, plus Residential Mode for homeowners.
  • RiskDash — property risk assessments, checklists, and reports.
  • FireDash Insured — home inventory and proof of ownership.

Install

  • Open firedash.mobi and tap the app you want, or search the App Store or Google Play by name.
  • FireDash requires iOS 13.1 or later, or Android 5.0 or later.
  • Organization members sign in with the same User ID, Password, and Agency ID they use on the web. Homeowners tap Residential Mode instead.
  • RiskDash and Insured use your FireDash account — the same one as resident.firedash.us.

New devices on an organization account may need a manager to authorize them before first use — see Device Not Authorized in the mobile app. For what each app needs from your phone, see FireDash app permissions and requirements.
