One FireDash account across products

Which products share a sign-in, which do not, and what happens when you change your password.

FireDash is several products on one platform, and the sign-in story follows that.

One account

FireDash for Residents, FireDash Insured, RiskDash, and WaterDash share a single FireDash account. Create it once, sign in to any of them, and your profile details travel with you.

  • Changing your password in one changes it for all four — they are the same credential.
  • Your name and home address come from the same profile, which is why correcting your address in one product corrects it everywhere.
  • Purchases stay with the product that issued them: a proof report, a RiskDash report, and a WaterDash certificate are separate items in separate lists.

Separate accounts

  • FireDash for Organizations — you sign in with a User ID, Password, and Agency ID issued by your organization. It is not the same as a resident account, and your employer controls it.
  • FireDash Developer — the Developer Portal has its own account and its own API keys.

Which one am I signed in to?

Each product shows the account it is using on its profile or settings page. If a site asks for an Agency ID, it is the organization product.
