Residential Mode in the FireDash app

The homeowner side of the app — find, add, and report hydrants, and go Premium.

Choose Residential Mode when you open the FireDash app to use it as a homeowner. It is the mobile companion to resident.firedash.us, and the same account works in both places.

What you can do

  • Find fire hydrants near any address on the map.
  • Add a hydrant that is missing from the map — adding your first hydrant is also what triggers referral rewards.
  • Report a problem on a hydrant; it goes straight to the owning fire department.
  • Insurance Distance Proof — generate and download your certificate as a one-time per-report purchase (no subscription required).
  • Referrals and profile — share your referral code and manage your account.

FireDash Premium

Premium (shown in the app and on the web as the Hydrant Locator Service) is purchased on the web or as an in-app subscription and unlocks hydrant tracking and status notifications everywhere you sign in; the Insurance Distance Proof is separate — a one-time per-report purchase — details in FireDash Premium for residents.
