What the list shows
- One entry per purchased report — a report covers one property and one hydrant.
- The certificate number, the issue date, and the property it covers.
Opening one again
- Select any entry to reopen the report preview and download or print the PDF.
- There is no expiry — a purchased report stays available in your account. You do not need to buy it again to get another copy.
When you need a new purchase
- A different property.
- A different hydrant (for example, your department added a closer one).
- A materially changed record you want re-stated as of today — certificates record the facts as of their issue date, so a fresh report is the way to show current data.

Send the PDF, and point them at verify.firedash.us if they want to confirm it independently — see Verify a FireDash certificate.
